Changing Faces

At Changing Faces, we provide free support and information for anyone with a visible difference – a scar, mark or condition on your face or body that makes you look different.

This can be something you are born with, or it could occur or develop during your life, perhaps following an accident or post-surgery for example.

Some people with a visible difference struggle to come to terms with their appearance or go through periods of finding it hard to cope. Our team is here so you don’t have to experience this alone.

We have a range of wellbeing services, including our Support and Information line, our Online Community and free one-to-one counselling and support sessions for adults, children and families living with a visible difference.

You can fill in our webform and we will get back to you.

Or, you can send us a WhatsApp message

*Calls to our 0300 number cost the same as a call to any landline.
