Yes, if you are still having problems or you have general feedback then please contact us at enquiries@stv.tv.
To help get the speediest response then please send as much information as possible, including:
- The type of device you are using e.g. Android Tablet, iPhone, Samsung TV etc
- The version of the operating system you are using e.g. iOS 12.2, Android 7
- If using a web browser then the type and version of the browser e.g. Chrome v75
- The version of STV Player you are using e.g. v4.1.0 (this can be found in the settings section of the app)
- Any error messages shown
- A description of the problem and the programme you are watching (if applicable), with the steps taken to replicate it
- Any screenshots or video of the issue
- The date/time you started having the issue
