You tell me I'm using an ad blocker - how do I switch it off?

On web - Look for the red ad-blocking logo with the letters ABP in either your address bar of your web browser or at the foot of the page. Clicking on this will disable the ad-blocking software to enable you to use STV Player.

On your router – Look for setting to turn off ad-blocking within your router’s web interface.
