Why has my subscription price changed?
If you're being charged a different payment amount for your subscription, it may be because you made changes to your plan. Other factors that may cause a change in your payment amount could be the end of promotional pricing, having more than one subscription or price increases.

You made changes to your subscription
Making updates to your STV Player+ plan may result in a change to your monthly or annual cost
After changing plans, you may see a pro rata charge before the start of your next subscription period if you have upgraded to a higher-tiered plan. Future monthly or annual payments will reflect the total cost of your plan.
Your promotion ended
When a promotion comes to an end, unless you cancel before your next renewal date, your monthly or annual payment may stop reflecting the promotional amount and change to current pricing.
You have more than one active subscription
It's possible that you may have signed up for more than one subscription. You can view and manage your web based subscription by visiting your account settings or if you're invoiced by a third-party partner, by contacting that partner directly.
The price of your subscription plan has changed
