How do I reset my password?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to reset your password on your behalf, so this will need to be done by you directly.

You can reset your password via our website (www.stv.tv) by following these steps:

1. Visit www.stv.tv in your web browser.
2. Click ‘Sign In’ at the top right of the screen to open the login form.
3. Enter your email address and click ‘Let’s Go’.
4. When prompted to enter your password, select ‘Forgotten Password’ at the bottom of the page.
5. On the next page, click ‘Reset Password’.
6. This will send a password reset email to your inbox.
7. Open the email and click the reset link (please note, the link must be used within one hour or it will expire, and you’ll need to repeat the steps above to request a new one).
8. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
9. Once complete, sign in using your new password.
