If you are currently subscribed to STV Player+ and wish to or have been advised to change your subscription method from Apple, then these are the steps you should take.
Cancel your current STV Player+ subscription with Apple.
- On your Apple device go to the STV Player app
- Then go to Settings > Plan
- Click on the Manage Your Subscription button
- Check you are in the Subscription for STV Player and select cancel
- You will be able to use the current subscription until the expiry date - take note of that date.
Once your previous subscription has expired, you can re-subscribe via stv.tv/player-plus. You will require a credit or debit card to set up the new subscription, all pricing and benefits will be the same.
