Log onto your account at my.stv.tv

  • Click on the Plan tab
  • If you have signed up via the iOS app/Apple ID you will see a message advising you to log into the iOS app.
  • If you’ve signed up via the web then we will show you your plan details and subscription management options on the page.

Alternatively, if you're in the iOS app

  • Go to the Settings section
  • Select the Plan option
  • If you signed up via the app/Apple ID you will see the buttons to Restore Purchase and/or Manage Your Subscription
  • If you signed up on the web site you will see a message advising you to go to our website.
