How can I check if I’ve signed up via the iOS app or via the web site.

Log onto your account at my.stv.tv

Click on the Plan tab
If you have signed up via the iOS app/Apple ID you will see a message advising you to log into the iOS app.
If you’ve signed up via the web then we will show you your plan details and subscription management options on the page.

Alternatively, if you're in the iOS app

Go to the Settings section
Select the Plan option
If you signed up via the app/Apple ID you will see the buttons to Restore Purchase and/or Manage Your Subscription
If you signed up on the web site you will see a message advising you to go to our website.
