There are a few ways to do this, depending on how you originally signed up, you can either:
For users you signed up in app and pay via their Apple account:
- Then you should do this via your iPhone or iPad and follow these instructions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201266
For those who signed up via the stv.tv web site:

- Log onto your account at my.stv.tv
- Click on the Plan tab
- Click on the Manage Payment Details button
For users you signed up in app and pay via their Roku account:
- Any payment issues (i.e CC expired) should be directed to https://my.roku.com/payment/account
