This is a known issue we are currently investigating.


As a work-around, you can:

  1. Bring up the Youview menu, but pressing the blue ‘Home’ on the remote control
  2. Go to ‘Settings’ (far right)
  3. Go to 'Pictures & Sound’ under 'Box Management’
  4. Change HDMI Sound from ’Stereo’ to ’Surround’
