Samsung devices not supported
Due to technical updates and evolving security requirements, our service will no longer be supported on Samsung TVs manufactured in 2015 and early 2016. These models typically operate on the Tizen 2.3 operating system. We have listed all the affected TV model numbers below:

What this means for you:
If you own a Samsung TV from this period, you soon won't be able to access and use the STV Player app via your TV. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologise for any disruption.
Why is this happening?
To maintain the highest level of security and provide the best possible viewing experience, we are continually updating our service. These updates require newer operating systems that are not available on the affected Samsung TV models.
