Parental control prompts appearing unexpectedly

If you are asked for a parental PIN that you never set up in our app, the message is coming from your TV's main settings rather than our app. To turn this off, go into your TV's main settings menu and turn off parental controls. If it asks for a PIN you don't know, try common default numbers like 0000, 1234, 1111, or 9999. If those don't work, resetting your TV to its original factory settings will fix it, though keep in mind this will delete any saved recordings or settings on your TV.
