In the meantime, we would advise trying to launch the STV Player app from the Freeview Play app instead to see if that helps.

- Access LG homepage with home button on remote control
- Below Live LG Channels, see quick options bar
- Access Freeview Play Explore
- STV Player should be accessible through the quick menu, launch the app via this method
