One of the common reasons that this error is shown is to do when trying to watch protected content. As some of our content is protected by an increased level of encryption or Digital Rights Management (DRM), this error code can indicate that your device does not support the security level required to play this content. This may happen if your device's system and security settings are not up to date. To check this go to Settings \> Security and check for any System Updates or Security Updates. After installing any updates, close and reopen the app and try accessing the content again.
