We're sorry to hear that! If our service hasn't quite hit the mark for you, please do get in touch with us at **enquiries@stv.tv** – we'd love the chance to help. Please note that once you request to close your account, it can take up to **two weeks** for this to be fully processed. During this time, we won’t be able to restore access to the account. If you’d still like to use STV Player, you can either create a new account using a different email address or wait until the closure process has been completed. *Just a heads-up: closing your main STV Player account won't automatically cancel any STV Player+ or STV Player+ with Premier Sports subscriptions you've set up through another provider like Apple, Google or Roku. You'll need to cancel those directly through their platform first.
