Subtitles not showing when I use the Auto option

When using an iOS device - iPad or iPhone - when subtitles are available an S or speech bubble is displayed in the video options once the programme starts.

Clicking on this will display the Subtitle options for this programme.

If after selecting the Auto option in the subtitles list the subtitles aren't showing, we would suggest you select the language track directly by clicking on the English option in the list.

Click on Done to return you to your programme.
