How do I change my marketing preferences?

Instructions on how to update your marketing preferences at any times

You can do this via your accounts settings on our website - www.stv.tv
  1. If you login via www.stv.tv (on a web browser)
  2. If you click the top right hand corner where the initial icon is placed.
  3. If you click 'Marketing' in the short list displayed
  4. On this page you will see your marketing preference displayed, click either opt-in or opt-out. 
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the change to have an effect.
