How do I reset my password?

You can do this via our website, by following these steps:

Visit www.stv.tv in your web browser
Click 'Sign In' at the top right of the screen to present the login form
Enter your email address then click on 'Let's Go'
You will then be prompted to enter a password, please click on 'Forgotten Password' at the bottom of the page
Then on the next page click on 'Reset Password'
This will trigger a password reset e-mail being sent to your e-mail
Go to e-mail inbox and click password reset link (please note this must be done within one hour or the reset link will expire and the steps above will need to be repeated to generate a new reset link)
Follow the instructions to create a new password
Sign in with new password
