There is an issue impacting a small number of customers where their renewal hasn't updated.


To sort this visit the Plan page in the Settings section of the STV Player app and hit the Restore Purchase button.


You may see a notice - like the one below - saying we couldn't restore your purchases.




Updating to our latest version of the app v4.3.5 will resolve this issue, but even if you do see this message the restore will have been processed so yo can just fully close and re-open the app to update the settings.
