How to update my postcode? 

You can update your postcode via our website, below is steps to do this:

1. Go to www.stv.tv and login with your email address and password.
2. Select the initial icon on the top right hand side of the page and then choose 'Person Details'
3. You will see all your details listed here, if you click postcode and update this box with the correct postcode
4. Press 'Save' to finish.
