How to redeem a subscription promo code
From time to time, promo codes may be available for STV Player+ subscriptions (for both new and existing users). These may be redeemable on our website or via the STV Player iOS app.
Redeeming a promo code on stv.tv
For new subscriptions:
1. Visit stv.tv
2. Click to subscribe
3. Enter your details to create an account or login to an existing account
4. Choose your plan and proceed to the payment page.
5. On the payment page, locate the add promo code box and enter your code.
6. A valid code will be confirmed when you click outside the box. If the code is used or expired, it will be highlighted in red.
7. Review your subscription summary, which will display any promotional deal or trial period.
Important: Ensure the summary reflects the promotion before completing your purchase.
8. If satisfied, click the Agree and Subscribe button to start your subscription.
Redeeming a promo code on the STV Player iOS app
For new subscriptions:
1. Open the STV Player iOS app.
2. Navigate to the Settings page by tapping the icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select Manage Subscription from the available options.
4. Tap the Subscription you are interested in.
5. In the new window, tap the Add Promo Code button
6. Enter your promo code and tap the Redeem button in the new window.
7. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the offer by selecting the Redeem Offer or Redeem button.
8. If prompted, enter your Apple ID password to proceed.
9. Wait for the confirmation message to ensure your promo code has been successfully applied.
10. Return to the app. Note that it may take a few minutes for your subscription details to update
For current subscriptions:
1. Open the STV Player iOS app.
2. Navigate to the Settings page by tapping the icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select Manage Subscription from the available options.
4. Tap Add Promo Code.
5. In the new window, enter your voucher code and tap Redeem.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the offer by selecting the Redeem Offer or Redeem button.
7. If prompted, enter your Apple ID password to proceed.
8. Wait for the confirmation message to ensure your voucher code has been successfully applied.
9. Return to the app. Note that it may take a few minutes for your subscription details to update.
