How to check where your subscription is managed?

  1. Sign in to your STV Player account: 
    • Go to stv.tv and log in with your account credentials linked to your subscription. 
  2. Navigate to the 'Subscription' section in Manage account: 
    • Once logged in, go to the Manage subscription area to view your subscription details. 
  3. Determine if you subscribed via a third-party provider: 
    • If your subscription is through a third-party service (e.g., Apple, Google, or another provider), you will see a message prompting you to manage your subscription through that provider’s app. 
  4. If you subscribed directly with STV Player: 
    • Your current plan details will be displayed, along with options to manage your subscription directly through STV Player.
