How do I update my subscription payment details?

The steps for updating your subscription payment details depend on how you subscribed. 

Subscribed through STV Player stv.tv website  

If you subscribed directly at stv.tv, you can update your payment details by following these steps: 

  1. Login to your account at stv.tv 
  2. Click on your initial in the top right corner to open account settings. 
  3. Under Subscription & Billing, select Payment Details
  4. Select your payment method
    1. Next, you can choose to enter your new card information, select PayPal, or, if you're on a compatible device, select one of the third-party wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please note Apple Pay and Google Pay will only show as a payment option when using their respective Apple of Google devices.

Subscribed via a Third-Party?

If you subscribed through a third-party, you will need to update your payment information directly through them. Please refer to the help guides below or contact the respective partner for further assistance:
