How do I reset my password?

You can do this from the stv.tv site and by following these steps:

1. Choose the Sign In/Join option, 
2. Enter your email and continue,
3. Choose the  Forgot Password?  link,
4. Click on the Reset Password button
5. Check your email for your reset password link

Please note password resets links are only valid for up to 1 hour and resetting your password cannot be done on your TV
