How do I close my STV Player account?

We're sorry that you're thinking about closing your account, if this is due to the service not meeting your expectations please contact us on enquiries@stv.tv for us to help.

 

If you still wish to close your account, please navigate to your profile and select the close account option. Below are further details to do this:

1. Login via our website stv.tv and click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click on 'personal details'
3. At the bottom of this page is a ''I want to close my account' button, click on this
4. A confirmation message will then be presented. 

For STV Player+ subscribers, you should make sure you have cancelled your subscription first. Closing your account will not necessarily stop your subscription from running.  Visit Cancelling a subscription for further information.
