Does STV Player use mobile data?

STV Player mobile apps will use a Wi-Fi connection by default, only when there is no Wi-Fi connection will it connect over your mobile data connection. When you are signed out or your app is closed then no data will be used.

 

We recommend always using a Wi-Fi connection when one is available.
